    Everything starts in January with the seminar Review – Outlook – Vision. It takes place at the ideal time, the beginning of the year. We look back on the past year, set – as in every good negotiation – an outlook on goals and concrete plans for the coming year and take a location determination in relation to the big picture.

  • Sparring rounds in exclusive groups

    In “Stop & Go”, strategies and tactics can be tried out on the basis of your own real cases with different sparring partners and refined (modeling) until the best approach is clear and practiced.

    In addition to the immediate feedback, a clip of you will be recorded for you during the Sparring Round. You can watch the individual video analysis produced with it at your convenience to learn from it.

    Why make every mistake yourself? Encrypted access to the VideoCollection allows you to learn from the analyses of all SparringClub members.

  • Circle Feedback

    In a feedback process specially developed by us, you will receive from each (!) of the sparring partners present a written & anonymous direct assessment of your 6 negotiation strengths, e.g. rhetoric, appearance and impact – invaluable in your own development.

  • Seminar documents

    We want to use the Sparring time as efficiently as possible and spend it together reflecting on your skills. That’s why we provide seminar materials in advance for your preparation. The take-away sheet including circle feedback will always remind you of what you have learned.

    Staying alert, informed and “sharp” is difficult if you go it alone. MASTER UPDATE sessions will remind you of the most important topics in the negotiation literature and give you inspiration of how to become better in your internal, external, private or business negotiations.

    Before your Sparring Round, a first part is already available online. In the familiarization round, all open questions can also be clarified. So you can come to the Sparring well prepared and save valuable training time.

    Group Coaching is an important factor in the Club for regular negotiation support and motivation. In our aAa sessions you can bring in all your questions and concerns. Current situation or general negotiation topic, general or specific. Assessment or what you have read. Ask your question online from the comfort of your own chair or send it in advance by e-mail and get answers and inspiration through interesting thought processes and a different approach to solutions.
